When you place an order, we ask for your deadline. We put your order in our processing queue in order of it's stated deadline. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
It is possible for us to finish orders up to 500 buttons in 2 business days without incurring a rush fee. The 2 business days minimum production time starts the day after your order is placed, payment is received, all proofs are approved and any other requests are finalized and confirmed. After the initial 2 days we can complete 500 buttons per day. 5pm is considered the end of the production day. Orders needed the same day, next day, or prior to 5pm will qualify for a Rush Fee.
Example Production Schedule without incurring a rush fee:
Day 0: Your order is finalized (all proofs approved, payment received, etc.)
Day 1: Setup and printing
Day 2: Orders of 500 buttons or less ready for pickup / shipping by 5pm
Day 3: Orders of 1,000 buttons or less ready for pickup / shipping by 5pm
Day 4: Orders of 1,500 buttons or less ready for pickup / shipping by 5pm
Day 5: Orders of 2,000 buttons or less ready for pickup / shipping by 5pm
Example: You need 1,000 buttons. You submit your graphic, pay for your order, and approve your proof on Thursday by 6pm, your order would be ready on the following Tuesday by 5pm without incurring a rush fee.
UPS Ground takes approximately 3 business days to most locations.
Standard Rush Fee: $0.10 per button, per day sooner than stated turnaround, with a $20 minimum
Super Rush Fee (same day service): $0.20 per button, per day sooner than stated turnaround, with a $40 minimum
Our website currently does not calculate rush fees automatically. If you need a rush on your order, it is a good idea to call us at 1-800-927-8330 after sumbitting the order to pay the additional fees and confirm your order details.

- Images should be "camera-ready" any crop marks, face-lines, or other register marks that appear in the printable area on flattened graphics will print on your final button.
Custom Design and Image Editing includes anything beyond basic cropping. Any color modifications, backgrounds, or specialized cropping, will constitute a design fee. When you purchase this service, you provide a description of what you are looking for, and one of our designers will email you a proof. This is considered the 1st draft. You have the opportunity to request a series of changes. Once completed, this will be considered the 2nd draft. Following the 2nd draft, every change you request will be billed at $5.00. For example if, after we send you the 2nd draft, you request that the type change color and be moved, that is considered 2 changes and will be billed at an additional $10.00.
Design and image editing take varying amounts time, based on a number of factors. Keep in mind that design requests that may seem simple, are not always that simple and can take a lot of time. We do our best to meet expectations, within reason.
How to Order:
1. Select the product and size you would like to have made. You can select from the Categories at the top of the page. From within the Category section you will find various sizes. Select the size. This will take you to the product ordering page.
2. Fill out the product ordering page with all of the options you would like for that product and size. You can submit up to 6 images on the ordering page. If you need to submit more than 6, you can add all your files to 1 zip file before uploading, or you can send them separately by email.
3. Click "add to cart"
4. Click "proceed to checkout" and fill out your billing and shipping information. When finished click "checkout."
If you opted to receive a proof, we will email it to you. If your deadline is sooner than our stated turnaround time, we will call or email you with your total rush fees. We will not begin proofing or production on your order until payment in full, including extra fees, have been settled.
